This bright and welcoming seaside duplex has won everyone’s hearts over, including the judges at the International Property Awards!  Untouched since the sixties this past childhood home of the owner resembled a ski chalet or a sauna with nasty wood panelling throughout, a completely outdated kitchen and a disastrous family bathroom. Everything had to go!  We created a beautiful, soft, coastal theme to deliberately stay away from clichéd beach schemes, and the result is a gorgeous, stylish, and welcoming apartment. There are plenty of features that make you smile, like the feature wallpaper in the kitchen and the pebble tiles in the jacuzzi equipped bathroom. The bedrooms are spacious and airy, and a new sun set spot welcomes you for an afternoon drink outside, where a new enclosed balcony area was created.
